Compassion is the thread that makes up the fabric of humanity. We are able to notice the suffering of others, offer sympathy and express the desire to alleviate it. Self-compassion is the practice of offering ourselves this same understanding but oftentimes our tendency is to react with self-criticism and judgement
The greater your self-compassion the more whole hearted your life.
