Here is your Client Portal https://innerevolution.securepatientarea.com/portal/access/login/ 

Once your first appointment is scheduled, all communication occurs through the CounSol client portal. The portal is HIPAA-compliant and protects your confidential health information as required by law.

Use the portal to: 

• Message your therapist • Request or change appointments • Upload insurance cards • Update contact or insurance details • View invoices or receipts • Download superbills • Complete forms or documents

Stay Organized

• Bookmark the portal for quick access • Keep insurance cards and receipts in one folder • Save your login on your phone or computer • Update information whenever changes occur

If Using Insurance:

Avoid Billing Surprises

  1. Update insurance immediately when changes occur

  2. Enter both plans if you have secondary insurance

  3. Review insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)

  4. Contact your insurer with coverage questions

  5. Message your therapist early if something seems unclear

Keeping insurance current prevents billing issues. 

Update the portal if you receive a new card, change plans or employers, or have a new policy or group number. If you carry secondary insurance, enter both plans and confirm which is primary.

To update insurance:

  1. Log into the portal

  2. Go to Insurance

  3. Select Add or Update Insurance

  4. Enter your details

  5. Upload the front and back of your insurance card

  6. Click Save

Superbills (Out-of-Network Clients) 

If you plan to request reimbursement from your insurance company, you may submit a superbill. Your paid session receipt in the portal functions as a superbill. 

Important: Some services offered by Inner-Evolution are not covered by insurance. For example, services without a mental health diagnosis are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Accordingly, insurance would most likely not cover relationship counseling, classes, or workshops.

A typical superbill includes:

• Client name • Date of service • CPT service code • Diagnosis code (ICD-10) • Provider name and credentials • NPI number • Tax ID • Practice address • Session fee paid

To download a superbill:

  1. Log into the portal

  2. Go to Invoices or Billing

  3. Select the paid session receipt

  4. Download or print the receipt

  5. Submit it to your insurance company

30-Day Check-In 

Approximately 30 days after beginning services, you will receive a brief feedback survey. Your input helps us improve care and support your experience.
