Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. 

Several of our providers are in network  with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, excluding Maryland Medicare and Medicaid and Cigna/Evernorth. 

While we are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf we strongly encourage you to reach out directly to your insurance plan to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. 

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have out of network coverage and if so, what does it cover and what is the process for filing claims?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Out of Network Reimbursement

For out of network services will help you file claims for out of network benefits using Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. Payment

We accept cash and  all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is required at the time of service. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. We charge a $50 fee for less than 24 hr (business hours) cancellation. No shows are charged at the full rate of the session.
