Together we will collaborate to create a treatment plan that helps you address whatever is standing between where you are now and where you want to be in the future.

We hope to offer you the support and care needed to heal, learn and build the resilience and resources necessary to enjoy your life.

Getting Started

Working with us starts with a one hour intake session where the focus centers around your challenges, current needs and hopes for the future. Once we have a solid map of what you need, we’ll help you identify goals and a plan to reach them, all in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Therapy is especially beneficial for people who want to learn how to manage stress, improve communication/connection with others, calm intense emotions, decrease unhelpful behaviors, learn self- advocacy, strengthen important relationships and learn to think before reacting.

Everyone struggles at one time or another but most of us find it hard to ask for help, especially when we need it the most. It takes courage to get started but rest assured, once you do, we’ll help you keep the momentum going at a pace that works for you.

Our expertise in providing trauma-informed gender-affirming care means helping you strengthen the inner resources you need to feel better about yourself, and learn new coping skills to manage life’s challenges with skill and grace.

With us, you’ll have a menu of holistic approaches to heal from the past and help your body, mind and spirit grow stronger and more powerful in the present. Our collaborative care is designed to leave you feeling empowered and committed to living your best life.
