Ready to release anxiety instead of living with it? In a small group atmosphere participants will explore and create a relaxation practice. Emphasis will be on utilizing mindfulness, intention and simple yoga postures to craft a lifelong ability to regulate mind and body. 2 Tuesday evenings per month 6:00- 7:00 p.m. Registration Required. $40 per session
