Hi! My name is Aleyna Fitz, and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and Certified School Counselor in the state of Maryland. Since graduating from Hood College with a Masters in Counseling, I have worked as a school counselor for Frederick County Public Schools.

I specialize in working with children and teens with behavioral needs, general and school-related anxiety, and self-esteem. With a person-centered approach, I create a safe space where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and build resilience, while integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to help clients reach their goals.

It can be difficult asking for help. Let’s work together toward your success.
