The Joy Factor Retreat

I'm excited to have planning for  The Joy Factor- A Retreat for Women- in full swing! The day will be spent at the Springhill Retreat Center. If you've never been there, imagine a wooded oasis in the middle of the city- complete with a very cool labyrinth. I was checking out the space yesterday and it really is special. Keri and I are ready to have fun and enjoy the day with you!!

For the past year I've wanted to create a retreat that offers a space to allow cool women to come together and circle around joy! When the day ends, you'll have a pocket full of tools and be well on your way to having a healthy, vibrant, JOY habit.
