Mindful Movement is available as a complement to in-person therapy and coaching sessions. Weather permitting, we can arrange to hold our sessions at Baker Park which is just a few minutes from our office.
Here’s what we can offer:
Walk and Talk: A great idea if you’d like to start or maintain an exercise routine. We’ll set up a pace that fits your needs and you’ll have on the spot accountability and support.
Walking Meditation: If you’d like to take advantage of the many benefits of meditation but it feels overwhelming to get started this might be just the right start.
Yoga Nature Walk: A mindful walk complemented by bringing simple yoga poses into the experience.
