This is an 8 week yoga infused support group designed to jump start your ability to access more joy in your life. Through guided discussion, movement and experiential activities, participants will experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga therapy.
- Release painful emotions, traumatic memories and daily stress
- Cultivate empowering qualities such as compassion, gratitude and acceptance.
- Establish a beneficial personal practice in a supportive community.
Each session will include a check in, group discussion & experiential learning followed by a gentle trauma informed yoga practice.
